A whole sheepskin
Sheepskin is the hide of a sheep, sometimes also called lambskin or lambswool. Unlike common leather, sheepskin is tanned with the fleece intact, as in a pelt.

Uses
Sheepskin is used to produce sheepskin leather products and soft, wool-lined clothing or coverings, including gloves, hats, footstools, automotive seat covers, baby and invalid rugs and pelts (sheepskin rugs and seat covers). In particular, lambswool is the principal material used to make ugg boots, footwear traditionally produced in Australia and New Zealand. Sheepskin numnahs, saddle pads, saddle seat covers, sheepskin horse boots, tack linings and girth tubes are also made and used in equestrianism.[1] [2]
The fleece of sheepskin has excellent insulating properties and it is also resistant to flame and static electricity. Wool is considered by the medical profession as hypoallergenic.[3]
The Royal Melbourne Hospital and the CSIRO Textile and Fibre Technology Leather Research Centre, testing confirmed the advantages of medical sheepskin in the prevention and treatment of pressure ulcer treatment.[4]
Quality
The quality of the skin used in each application depends on several factors, mostly whether the pelt, which is the back of the hide, will be visible or not. Where the pelt is visible, better quality hide with minimal seed will be used.
Seed contamination refers to patches of scar tissue resulting from a healed seed burrow wound during the animal's life. This scar tissue can fall out leaving small holes after the pelt is processed or it can remain in place leaving imperfections in the pelt which cannot be corrected. Seed contamination is graded as follows[5]:
(1) "No Visible Seed" - Visually free of seed any contamination. This does not however mean the skin is free of seed, only visually free.
(2) "Light Seed" - Slight seed contamination visible in the wool but minimal mainly concentrated in the belly regions.
(3) "Medium Seed" - Light seed contamination is present over most of the wool surface but is concentrated around the belly area and the legs.
(4) "Heavy Seed" - Heavy contamination extending through the majority of the wool but especially prevalent around the belly area and the legs.
(5) "Burry" - Wool contaminated with hard seed. Can vary from light to heavy concentration. This level of seed can cause problems if it is not removed before fleshing starts as the rollers can sometimes punch them through the skin.
In general wool affected by skin diseases is not usable. Other problems include lice infestation, dead wool and regrowth.[citation needed]
Skins are classed, packed and sold in standardized wool lengths:
Bares (newly shorn)
1/8"1/4" (3 mm7 mm)
1/4"1/2" (7 mm13 mm)
1/2"1" (13 mm26 mm)
1"2" (26 mm 55 mm)
2"4" (55 mm110 mm) (Full wools)
Mouton fur
Mouton fur is sheepskin which has been processed to resemble beaver or seal fur.[6] Mouton is French for "sheep". Mouton fur refers to lamb hair which has been straightened, chemically treated, and thermally set to produce a moisture repellent finish. Mouton is often dyed brown to resemble beaver, but it is also found in many other colors. Mouton (so-called in the USA and Canada) is called beaver lamb in the UK.

Women's panties or knickers

Men's boxer shorts
Underwear are clothes worn under other clothes, often next to the skin. They keep outer clothes from being made dirty by sweat. They also shape the body and provide support for parts of it, and in cold weather help the wearer to keep warm. Underwear can be used to protect the wearer's modesty, as well as to make them look sexy. Special types of underwear have religious importance. Some items of clothing are made to be worn as underwear, while others such as T-shirts and certain types of shorts can be used both as underwear and as outer clothing. If made of suitable fabric, some types of underwear can serve as nightwear or swimsuits.
Items of underwear commonly worn by women today include brassieres (bras) and panties (also known as knickers), while men wear briefs, boxer shorts or boxer briefs. Items worn by both women and men include T-shirts, sleeveless shirts, bikini underwear, thongs and G-strings. In countries where the weather is cold, long underwear can be worn to keep warm.

[change] Different words
There are a number of different words for underwear. "Underclothes", "underclothing" and "undergarments" are more serious words. In casual situations, underwear may be called "undies". In Australia, one may hear underwear being called "Reg Grundys" (rhyming slang for "undies") or "Reginalds", while in the UK the word "smalls" is sometimes used.
Different types of women's undergarments are known together as "lingerie" (pronounced LAWN-zhur-ray). They may also be called "intimate clothing" or simply "intimates".
An "undershirt" is a general word for a piece of underwear covering the torso, while "underpants" (in the UK, often simply "pants"), "drawers", or "shorts" cover the part of the body where the sex organs are. Words for different types of underwear are set out in the table below.
[change] Function
Underwear is worn for many reasons. They keep outer clothes from being made dirty by sweat. Women's brassieres (bras) provide support for their breasts, and men's briefs do the same thing for the male sex organs. Some people wear corsets to make their torsos a certain shape. For more support and protection when playing sports, men often put on underwear that fits more tightly, such as jockstraps and trunks (which are a type of boxer shorts). Women may wear sports bras which give them more support. This is more comfortable, and lessens the chance of damage to the ligaments of the chest during vigorous exercises such as jogging.
In countries where the weather is cold, underwear is one more layer of clothing that helps the wearer to keep warm. Underwear can be used to keep the wearer modest for instance, some women wear camisoles and slips (petticoats) under clothes that are see-through. A camisole is an item of clothing without sleeves that covers the top part of a woman's body, while a slip or petticoat is a kind of skirt that is worn underneath an outer skirt. On the other hand, underwear can also be worn to make a person look more sexy. It is possible to buy underwear made specially to excite another person in a sexual way, such as underwear that can be eaten (it is usually made of small sweets stuck together) and underwear with holes cut into them.
Some items of clothing are designed to be worn as underwear, while others such as T-shirts and certain types of shorts can be used both as underwear and as outer clothing. Whether underwear can be used as outer clothing depends on a number of things, such as how warm it is indoors and outdoors, what other people in society find acceptable, fashion, and what the law allows. Some types of underwear can be used for sleeping in or as swimsuits, if they are made of suitable fabric.
[change] Religious uses
Underwear can also have religious use:
Judaism. Some types of Jews wear a prayer shawl (a piece of cloth wrapped around the shoulders) called a tallit katan. It has four corners which have tzitzit (fringes) attached to them. Because people who are not Jews do not usually walk about wearing prayer shawls, a Jewish person will often wear a tallit katan beneath a shirt so that it cannot be seen. However, as the shawl is not supposed to touch the skin, an undershirt is worn under it.[1]
Mormonism. Most members of the The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints (Mormons) wear special temple garments under their clothes after they have gone through special rituals in a temple. They believe that such clothes help them remember the teachings of the temple.[2]
Sikhism. Sikh men believe that they should wear the panj kakaar (five articles of...(and so on)

The 2009 Major League Baseball season began on Sunday, April 5, 2009 with the Atlanta Braves defeating the 2008 World Series champion Philadelphia Phillies 4-1. The regular season, in a historic first, will end on October 4. The postseason is scheduled to begin three days later with the Division Series. The 2009 World Series will begin on October 28, and will end no later than November 5 (barring postponements due to weather), marking the second time the season will be completed in November; the only other time was in 2001, that due to the delaying of the end of that season because of the September 11 attacks. November baseball is guaranteed, as Game 4 will be played on Sunday, November 1 (barring postponements due to weather). Home field advantage for the Series will be decided at the All-Star Game on July 14 at Busch Stadium in St. Louis, Missouri. In addition, the annual Civil Rights Game will become a regular season game, scheduled for June 20 at Great American Ball Park in Cincinnati, Ohio when the host Cincinnati Reds play the Chicago White Sox in an interleague game.

Managerial news
One team that has made a change is the Milwaukee Brewers. It was announced on October 17, 2008 that Dale Sveum, who became interim manager after Ned Yost was dismissed with two weeks left in the season, would not get the job on a permanent basis. The team won the National League Wild Card on the last scheduled day of the 2008 season under Sveum, but lost to the Philadelphia Phillies in the NLDS. Taking their place will be former Oakland Athletics skipper Ken Macha, who was named on October 30.
The other team with a new skipper will be the Seattle Mariners, naming Don Wakamatsu as their new field general on November 19 after a season where the M's reverted to the form of the 1970s and 1980's by losing 100 games with a payroll of over US $100 million. Wakamatsu, who becomes the first manager of Asian-American decent, was hired by the team's new general manager, Jack Zduriencik, who was previously a special assistant for the Brewers. Both Macha and Wakamatsu join Cito Gaston, who will begin his first full season in his second term as manager of the Toronto Blue Jays, and Jerry Manuel who will be in his first full season as skipper of the New York Mets.
Rule changes
On January 15, the owners of the 30 Major League Baseball clubs approved two rule changes governing the playing of postseason and one-game playoff games.
All "postseason games and games added to the regular season to determine qualifiers for the postseason" become suspended games if they are called before nine innings are played, regardless of whether the game would otherwise qualify as an official game, or the score at the time the game is called. The game is resumed when conditions permit at the same location from the point of suspension. This rule change codifies the controversial interpretation of the official rules made by MLB commissioner Bud Selig during Game 5 of the 2008 World Series.[1]
Coin tosses will no longer be used to determine home-field advantage for one-game tiebreakers held to determine division champions or wild card teams. Instead, "performance-based criteria" including head-to-head record between the tied clubs will be used to determine home-field advantage. [1]
Approaching milestones
There are several players approaching milestone moments in the coming season.
Topping the list is the Gary Sheffield of the New York Mets who is just one home run away from becoming the 25th member of the 500 Home Run Club. On the pitching side, San Francisco Giants lefty Randy Johnson needs five more wins to become the 24th member of the 300 win club, and 211 strikeouts away from becoming the second pitcher to reach 5,000 (after Nolan Ryan). New York Yankees closer Mariano Rivera needs just 18 more saves to become only the second pitcher to reach 500 saves in his career, joining Trevor Hoffman, now a member of the Milwaukee Brewers.
Other players who may approach historic milestones in 2009 include the following:
In the category of 400 home runs, Jason Giambi who rejoins the Oakland Athletics is four away, Los Angeles Angels outfielder Vladimir Guerrero is eight away, free agent Jim Edmonds is eighteen away, and Andruw Jones of the Texas Rangers is twenty-nine away.
Carlos Delgado of the New York Mets is 31 home runs away from 500; he hit 38 last season.
Alex Rodriguez of the New York Yankees needs 47 more homers to become only the seventh player in Major League Baseball history to reach the 600 home run plateau and 34 to pass Frank Robinson for seventh...(and so on)

Hamilton College is a private, independent, liberal arts college located in Clinton, New York. In 2007, U.S. News & World Report ranked Hamilton the 17th best liberal arts college in the United States.[1] The college is known for its emphasis on writing and speaking. The school was founded in 1793, chartered as Hamilton College in 1812, and has been coeducational since 1978, when it merged with Kirkland College.
Hamilton is sometimes referred to as the "College on the Hill", due to the school's location on top of College Hill, just outside of downtown Clinton. Hamilton College is considered to be one of the top liberal arts colleges in the country, and is considered one of the "Little Ivies." A separate article listing notable Hamilton College alumni includes leaders in business, government, academics, arts, sports, and other fields.

History
Hamilton began in 1793 as the Hamilton-Oneida Academy, a K-12 school, and was chartered as Hamilton College in 1812, making it the third oldest college established in New York, after Columbia and Union. Samuel Kirkland founded the College as part of his missions work with the Oneida tribe. The college is named for Alexander Hamilton, who was a member of the first Board of Trustees of the Hamilton-Oneida Academy (though he never set foot on campus). It was in factBaron von Steuben, acting as Hamilton's surrogate, who laid the college's cornerstone.
In 1978, the all-male Hamilton College merged with the all-female Kirkland College, which had been located adjacent to and founded by Hamilton; the primary public reason for the merger was Kirkland's imminent insolvency. It took nearly 7 years to fully complete the merger; female students were given the option of receiving a Kirkland diploma instead of a Hamilton diploma until 1979. Several former Kirkland faculty members teaching at Hamilton still fondly remember being part of a very different academic community prior to the merger.
Fact|date=May 2007}}
Since the 1970s, Hamilton has been a member of the New England Small College Athletic Conference (or the NESCAC) (despite technically being located outside of New England). This conference also includes Amherst, Bates, Bowdoin, Colby, Connecticut College, Middlebury, Trinity, Tufts, Wesleyan, and Williams. Rivalries with many of these schools, Middlebury in particular, predate the establishment of the conference.
Today, the original Hamilton campus is referred to by students and some school literature as the "light side" or "north side" of the campus. Formerly, the original side of campus was referred to as the "Stryker Campus" after its former president, Melancthon Woolsey Stryker (or incorrectly "Striker Campus"). On the other side of College Hill Road, the original Kirkland campus is referred to affectionately as the "dark side" or as the "south side."
Campus
During the summer of 2006, the school completed a 56 million dollar science building. The art department has separate studios for each of the studio arts taught, most of which are in the midst a 37.5 million dollar renovation project. Hamilton's athletic facilities include an ice rink, swimming pool, several athletics fields, a golf course, a three-story climbing wall, and a state of the art 10 Court Squash Center (opened in 2006), all of which are open to use by the student body.

Water chiller

A water chiller[1] is a mechanical device used to facilitate heat exchange from water to a refrigerant in a closed loop system. The refrigerant is then pumped to a location where the waste heat is transferred to the atmosphere.
In hydroponics, pumps, lights and ambient heat can warm the reservoir water temperatures, leading to plant root and health problems. For ideal plant health, a chiller can be used to lower the water temperature below ambient level; 68 (20) is a good temperature for most plants. This results in healthy root production.
In air conditioning, chilled water is often used to cool a building's air and equipment, especially in situations where many individual rooms must be controlled separately, such as a hotel. A chiller lowers water temperature to between 40 and 45 before the water is pumped to the location to be cooled.[2]

Ghost Talker's Daydream, known in Japan as Vulgar Ghost Daydream (???DAYDREAM ,Teizokurei Daydream?), is a sh?nen manga written by Saki Okuse and illustrated by Sankichi Meguro, set in modern Japan. There are 10 volumes in total, and the series was also adapted as a four episode OVA. The English version released by Geneon changed the title to Ghost Talker's Daydream, which is not a direct translation of the formal manga title.
The protagonist is the virgin albino woman Saiki Misaki holding down two jobs, neither of which she is particularly happy with, one as a dominatrix in a BDSM club and writer of a column for a sex magazine and the other as a civil servant in the employ of The Livelihood Preservation Group as a necromancer able to perceive and to communicate with ghosts, sometimes allowing them to speak through her with the living. Her government job usually entails exorcisism. Misaki considers her shamanic civil service position even less respectable than her sex work.
Subplots, often of one or two chapters in length, include such as introduce important characters, and others to help develop motivations of leading characters.
There are three major characters, at least one of whom appears in every chapter with the exception of chapter 16 "Dead Man's Hand". In order of introduction they are: Saiki Misaki, Mitsuru and Souichirou. Various recurring and often important characters also populate the series.
Fan service, nudity and sexual themes are all integral to motivation and backstory, along with insight into Japanese suicide culture and sexual dysfunction with sexual and physical abuse, such carnal troubles of the soul from which even death may offer no release.
The Japanese title translates as teizoku = vulgar + rei = ghost. However there is a pun on the word rei, which can also refer to a companion. In other words it can be said either Vulgar Ghost or Vulgar Companion, for Misaki Saiki is indeed a vulgar companion in contending with vulgar apparitions.

A note on names
For the purposes of this article, names will follow the Japanese convention with the family name first and personal name second when both names are used. However, following the format of the English translation, personal names are often used when a family name would be more appropriate. In general this only applies to the focal characters, and persons outside the story proper are usually referred to in the more polite form by family name. See Character Descriptions when in doubt.
Character Descriptions
Saiki Misaki- Misaki is an albino woman with the distinctive lack of pigmentation that accompanies that condition. Her pink eyes and white hair are also accompanied by a complete lack of pubic hair which causes her some embarrassment. These combined features make her very desirable in her line of work as a professional Dominatrix for the Roppongi Myure Mule S&M club and as a contributor to the sex industry magazine Honey Chop. Misaki is also a necromancer and can see, hear, and speak to ghosts. She is very self-deprecating about this talent, but is in fact very good at both her occupations. Misaki has a complicated past, and although she works in the sex...(and so on)

Turbo SIM (also known as TurboSIM) is considered the forerunner of a large family of "Dual SIM" devices (HyperCard, HyperSIM, China3GPP, StealthSim, MagicSIMetc.) that piggyback on a telephone SIM card to alter its normal operation. It was introduced in December 1, 2004 by BLADOX, located in Prague, Czech Republic. It is a very thin device with a 9mm by 9mm EEPROM mounted in the top right corner. It has the makers name BLADOX in gold letters on its black PCB. It is pressed on top of a normal SIM card (with some plastic cut off) in such a way that it is still small enough to be inserted into the SIM card slot of any GSM phone. Without the product, the SIM card is still usable as before.
The Turbo SIM is claimed to work with any GSM mobile phone produced since 1998, and can be used to add new functionality such as larger SMS archives to some phones.[1] In general, dual SIM technologies have been found to fail to work with some phones.
This device, and those like it, use a small microcontroller (the original Turbo SIM used an Atmel ATmega128) to intercept traffic between the cell phone and the original SIM card, and modify this traffic based on programming stored in the microcontroller.
More specifically, the Turbo SIM can be used to spoof the IMSI number and authentication key (Ki) supplied by the SIM card to the network, allowing network-locked phones (such as the Apple iPhone[2][3], and more recently NTT DoCoMo and SoftBank phones) to be used on mobile networks for which they were not originally designed or permitted.
